A downloadable game

'Light Up the Solstice' is an immersive AR experience that integrates hand tracking into a short game where you can learn more about solstice traditions. It was built using AR technologies of 8th Wall (for hand-tracking integration) and A-Frame.

Gently wave your hand across paper artifacts, bringing them to life with informative narratives. Each artifact represents a unique winter solstice tradition from various cultures around the world: from ancient rituals celebrating the rebirth of the sun to modern-day customs that bridge the past and the present.

The game runs best on web browsers, but may be slower on some phone browsers. If you are having issues getting past any levels in the game, press the SKIP button at top to move on.
